Intrade has listed a market for a special prosecutor to be appointed to investigate allegations that Joe Sestak was offered a job by the White House if he did not run against Arlen Specter in the Pennsylvania Democratic Senate primary.

Contract Rules:

This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if a special prosecutor is appointed before the midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.

The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if  a special prosecutor is not appointed before the midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.

Expiry will be based the official appointment of a special prosecutor, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.

For purposes of this contract a special prosecutor is considered a lawyer from outside the government appointed by the attorney general or Congress to investigate if any laws have been broken in direct relation to the Joe Sestak allegations.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.

Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
