Now that President Obama has won the health care reform battle (at least for now) it is expected he'll turn soon to immigration reform.
Intrade has listed a contract for immigration reform that offers a pathway for illegal immigrants already in the United States to gain citizenship to become law.
This contract can be found under Politics > Immigration Reform.
Contract Rules:
This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if immigration reform that includes a pathway to US citizenship becomes law before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if immigration reform that includes a pathway to US citizenship does not become law before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
Expiry will be based on the official passage of immigration reform into law, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
A pathway to becoming a US citizen is any process established by law that allows individuals who are in the United States illegally (or are undocumented) to become US citizens. If such a process is established the contract will expire at 100.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
