Expiry will be based official announcements from Harold Ford Jr, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
This contract will expire at 100 once an announcement has made. Any decision made later not to particiapte in the primary will not affect the original expiry.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
