Howard Stern has recently indicated he may not sign a new contract with Sirius XM Radio once his current contract runs out at the end of 2010.
Intrade has listed a market for Howard Stern to sign a new contract to continue on-air with Sirius before the end of 2010. This market can be found under Entertainment -- Howard Stern.
Contract Rules:
This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if Howard Stern signs a new contract with Sirius XM Radio before midnight ET 31 Dec 2010.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if Howard Stern does not sign a new contract with Sirius XM Radio before midnight ET 31 Dec 2010.
Expiry will be based on official announcements from Howard Stern and/or Sirius, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
This market applies to on-air activities only. Any agreement between Howard Stern and Sirius for off-air activities will not be considered for expiry purposes.
This contract will remain open until either a new contract is signed or at the end of 2010 if no new contract is signed.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
