Intrade has opened a market on a repeal of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy regarding gays and lesbians serving in the US military.

Contract Rules:
A contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if the policy is repealed before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
A contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if the policy is not repealed before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The market will be expired once a repeal is official - either by executive action from the President of the United States, or by action of the United States Congress. The resulting change in policy does not have to take effect for the contract to expire, the policy only needs to be officially repealed.
Expiry will be based on an official announcement of a repeal, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
