New Prediction Market: Will the CIA be charged for abuse of detainees?

Intrade has opened a market on the possibility of charges or indictments against CIA employees in connection with the abuse of detainees.

This market can be found under Legal -- CIA Detainee Abuses.

Contract Rules:

This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if any CIA employee (current or former) is charged or indicted in connection with detainee abuses before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
 
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if no CIA employee (current or former) is charged or indicted in connection with detainee abuses before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
 
Expiry will be based on official statements by the US Department of Justice in relation to indictments or charges, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
 
Any indictments or charges must relate directly to the abuse of detainees in CIA custody for the contract to expire at 100.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
 
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
