Intrade has listed a market on the prospect of former Mayor of New York City and Republican Presidenital candidate Rudy Giuliani announcing a run for Governor of New York in 2010.

Contract Rules:
The contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if Rudy Giuliani formally announces before midnight ET 31 Dec 2009 that he will run for Governor of New York in 2010
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if Rudy Giuliani does not formally announce before midnight ET 31 Dec 2009 that he will run for Governor of New York in 2010
Expiry will be based on public statements from Rudy Giuliani, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
This contract will be expired once an announcement is made. Any subsequent decision not to run for governor will not affect the original expiry. If Rudy Giuliani declares he will not run for Governor the market will remain open until the date specified in the contract in case he later decides he will run.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
