We have opened a market for 30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates in the United States at the end of 2009.

Contract Rules:
A contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if the 30-year fixed mortgage rate is equal to or greater than the rate specified in the contract at midnight ET on 31 Dec 2009.
A contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if the 30-year fixed mortgage rate is lower than the rate specified in the contract at midnight ET on 31 Dec 2009.
Expiry will be based on the Bankrate National Overnight Average for 30 year Fixed mortgage published HERE at the time of expiry:

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
