Contract Rules:
This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if the Freedom to Travel to Cuba Act becomes law before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if the Freedom to Travel to Cuba Act does not become law before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
Expiry will be based on the passage of the Act into law, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
