The Exchange has listed 0-100 contracts on a case of Asian Avian Flu strain H5N1 being confirmed in the
United States of America.

The contract(s) will be expired at 100 if at least one case of Avian 'flu strain H5N1 is confirmed in the USA by the 23:59:59 ET on the specific date
The contract will be expired at 0 if there is no case of Avian 'flu strain H5N1 is confirmed in the USA by the 23:59:59 ET on the specific date.
The US Government must officially confirm the case in any of the 50 states. (Puerto Rico is not counted).

For expiry purposes the 'Asian' avian 'flu strain H5N1 will be used.

US Customs and Border Protection (US Homeland Security) does not consider any birds in customs
quarantine to be resident within the USA. Therefore any birds (exotic or otherwise) confined in
quarantine and not released into the USA will not be considered when expiring the contract.
The 'flu strain may be found in any breed of bird or fowl.

- Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account -Exchange Rule 1.4
- The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
