Contract Rules:
Important: these are not 0-100 contracts as typically listed on the exchange.
A contract will expire according to the percentage share of internet searches conducted in the United States in 2008. For example, if 53.5% of searches conducted in the United States in 2008 are made using Google then the contract listed for Google will expire at 53.5.
Profit and loss will be calculated as the difference between the trade price and the expiry price. For example, if you bought contracts at a price of 35.0 ($3.50) and it expired at 47.0 ($4.70) your profit will be $1.20 per contract.
Expiry will be based on the United States search share rankings published by Nielson Online. If no yearly report is made available the published monthly reports will be collated at year-end and share rankings for the year will be calculated.
