This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if:

The contracts will be paused if possible when the jury is due to announce its verdict and will be expired as soon as that decision is made public.

This contract refers only to the original 12 charges laid against OJ Simpson. Any further charges laid at a later date by state or federal authorities will not be considered for expiry purposes.

The end date on the contract is for indication purposes only. This date may be extended if necessary.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.

Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4

This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if O.J Simpson goes to trial for at least one charge laid against him in connection with the Las Vegas robbery case.

The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if O.J Simpson DOES NOT go to trial for at least one charge laid against him in connection with the Las Vegas robbery case. This can include (but is not limited to):

- O.J Simpson pleading guilty
- The charges being dropped by prosecutors
- A plea bargain being agreed that stops the case going to trial

Expiry will be based on official, public announcements as reported in independent and reliable media sources.

The contract will be expired when a trial officially begins.
