This market can be found under Legal > Supreme Court.
A contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if a current US Supreme Court Justice announces their retirement or resignation from the Court before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if a current US Supreme Court Justice does not announce their retirement or resignation from the Court before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
Expiry will be based on official public announcements from members of the US Supreme Court, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
This contract will be expired when a retirement or resignation is officially announced. The retirement or resignation does not have to take effect for the contracts to be expired, it only has to be announced.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Contract Rule 1.4
