A contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if an internationally recognised Palestinian state is established before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if an internationally recognised Palestinian state is not established before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
An internationally recognised Palestinian state will be considered established once the United States, Israel or any member of the European Union officially recognise the new state. Expiry will be based on official announcements regarding this recognition, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Contract Rule 1.4
