The National Enquirer recently reported that former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards will soon be indicted by a Federal grand jury.
Intrade has listed a contract for the indictment of John Edwards for any Federal crime by the end of 2010. This contract can be found under Legal > John Edwards.
This contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if John Edwards is indicted or charged with any Federal crime before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if John Edwards is not indicted or charged with any Federal crime before midnight ET on the date specified in the contract.
Expiry will be based official announcements from Federal law enforcement officials, as reported by three independent and reliable media sources.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
