How do I find a particular contract?  
  intrade provides an All Events page which list by event group every contract currently tradeable on the web site. There are also searches available on this page where customers can view today's events and televised events.  
     
I want to find the price of a contract.  
  To get a quote on a contract simply find the particular contract by clicking on the All Events tab, and then browsing the list of contracts by event groupings.
Market information such as the current best bid and offer can be viewed from the All Events page and further information is obtainable by clicking on the contract symbol.
To trade the contract, click on the T symbol next to the contract.
 
     
I want to access my statement.  
  All account information on the previous 30 days including P&L reports and account balances can be accessed by clicking on the My Account tab. Statements may be viewed in detail or in summary form and a customer can select how far back to view from the listed options.  
     
I want to receive a monthly statement.  
  Customers may select a statement reflecting today's activity, yesterdays, the last 10 days or the last 30 days. This information can be printed and retained for recording keeping purposes.  
     
What happens if there is a discrepancy with my statement?  
  Please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to help you rectify the discrepancy.  
     
Is my balance updated immediately after a trade is executed?  
  When you enter an order, intrade assesses the risk by taking into account any other outstanding orders and positions. Frozen funds and available cash are updated immediately and displayed in real time in the Trading Screen.  
     
How do I close my account?
